This never been done show was created in 2001 by Renowned World Adventurer, Show
Producer, Music Arranger, Author & Pentax Sponsored International Photographer Mike
David.
This coming April will mark the 21st Season of Spirt of Adventure. The attendance to date
exceeds 55,000 not including presentations to corporations such as Kaiser Permanente,
Ameriprise Financial and a special series with National Geographic.
Storytelling for the 21st century, Spirit of Adventure is a wondrous journey that spans the
globe. Your seat melts away and walls disappear as you’re transported on a spellbinding
sojourn through far away countries around the world.
You will think you are there. High-definition animated images surround you 130 degrees on
three huge LED screens, the verdant greens of jungle and cerulean blues of ocean beyond
vivid, displayed in utter detail with the latest HD technology. At the same time, music
permeates throughout, played expertly by live world musicians who are masters of their
craft. Guzheng and drums and ouds and guitars combine with ethereal vocals. The sounds
infuse the images with added depth and warmth, bringing the cultures of the lands you’re
“stepping into” alive. Through it all, stories of adventure gently tug at your imagination,
pulling you playfully along.
